Spence turned the big 35 this year - woo hoo - we are getting old!! As always, we celebrated with coconut cupcakes and some coconutty ice cream - Spence does NOT love coconut at all:)
On Labor Day this year, Spence and Kendalyn did a sprint Triathlon. Kendalyn did the kid one with her cousins and a friend and she did really well. She got a side ache on her run, but the bike and swim went well for her - she wants to do it again! Spence has done a few of the sprint tri's lately and he wants to do more full tri's as well. I just love to see him in his tri uni really - hahaha!!

Kendalyn sort of missed the blue mat to run on - she is on the upper left of the photo!!

You and Spence should do the Spudman in July It's an Olympic distance.
